You don't need to download this program set - it comes with the track.
Note: this single program set is recommended for use on the tracks indy, ims and indy67.
You can't download the track - you need a copy of NASCAR 3 and Dave Noonan's convertor.
This is the version with the chicane.
Note that Red Rock Valley has nothing to do with the earlier Red Rock track, which was an escaped beta conversion of an old N2 track.
P.S. Looks like the damned hippy design firm that got the East London contract got their hands on another one!
Jim offers up a lot of background info on the track on his website, and it's an entertaining, recommended read. Note that this track is also a 'beta' (same deal as Jim, below), but other than being missing a few minor things (e.g. the newspaper pic) this track is done to my eyes! Also, despite what Jim says on his website, I think he did a bang-up job on the textures and scenery - the place looks stunning, as befits such a high-rent district!
I know, I keep saying "I don't do betas!" - but I'll make an exception here, primarily because the track comes with a BAPOM program set already, and I'm just announcing its availability!

That said, it's a very good track, with enjoyable 1-minute-flat(ish) laptimes. I prefer short tracks; you get to practice the turns more frequently! The track is pretty well finished, the 'beta' status primarily reflecting it's lack of a track installer, and some planned texture updates. But there's no reason to wait until then - grab it now!
Note that my cover is done in (sort of) a period style, whereas their original cover pretends that it's a vintage GP being held in the current day. Given that there's nothing about the track that feels '60s-ish, TopLoader's original cover is arguably more appropriate. Personally, I'm driven by the newspaper page - since it's hard-coded to 1967, I date my covers in 1967 to match. In any event - even if you prefer the original cover for this track, you'll probably appreciate my map pages...
New Thing! Eric has put out 'day' and 'night' textures for his track. I decided that the original black cover makes a decent 'night' cover, so I quickly whipped up a 'daytime' cover in white, for your downloading pleasure.
